Start June 3rd - End July 31st (NO CAMP Week of 4th of July)
Monday & Wednesday: 10:15 am to 1:00 pm
Monday: 10:15-11:45 am Hitting Day - Extensive hitting instruction in the Mt. Vista philosophy, mental approach, and mechanics.
Wednesday: 10:15-11:45 am Defensive Day - Position-specific instruction & on-field team defense.
Monday & Wednesday: (immediately following skills) 12:00-1:00 pm Speed-Strength & Conditioning for Baseball in the MV Varsity Weight Room.
8 Weeks: Ages 8U- 14U (incoming freshman) 16 Baseball Sessions 16 Speed-Strength Sessions + 1 additional workout posted to the mobile app, two MV Baseball t-shirts & one pair of shorts

Players receive an MV Baseball hat to keep and are issued MV uniforms for tournament games. Players are required to provide their own green belt, green socks, and white pants (pants any style, any stripes are ok)
The Mt. Vista High School coaching staff coaches Freshman Summer teams. The purpose is to begin the development of relationships in the program, gain experience with future Vista teammates and coaches, and game application of skill instruction from Mon/Wed Skills & Strength Camp.
We encourage all incoming freshmen to participate in the skills & strength camp and the summer tournament team. We understand unique circumstances exist with finishing up 14U team obligations, but we hope that all will participate in as many MV Summer activities as possible.
