Hello Vista Volleyball athletes!
The training with Coach Dani will consist of strength, power, mobility/flexibility, and mental performance. The focus will be on having strong, efficient and healthy athletes throughout the season. We will work on movements to complement and increase power, be able to load, bend, and absorb force for whatever position they play. If girls have any ailments or discomfort, the goal will be to strengthen the body holistically so that they are in good health to compete all season. Dani will implement the mental aspect of competing as well which includes goal setting, resilience and mental fortitude, teamwork, self talk, acceptance, and overall health and wellness.
***Performance Training is EVERY Tuesday from 11am-12pm at LANDOW PERFORMANCE starting 5/28
