Cindy Staab is excited to be the Head Coach of the Varsity program. She began her career in field hockey in high school where she spent four years as the Varsity Goalie and also played on the Junior Olympic team. She continued playing at University of California at Berkeley and graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology. After college, she moved back east and worked in physical therapy for several years before her two daughters were born and coached at the middle school level. Last year, along with being a group fitness instructor and personal trainer/nutritionist, she volunteered with our high school’s field hockey program as a goalie coach. She is looking forward to dedicating her time to growing the field hockey program and developing strong student athletes.
Coach Srdoc (who goes by Coach Doc), has been coaching youth sports for over twenty years. Starting out coaching youth football in Fort Collins while he was going to school at CSU. Coach Doc began coaching girls Lacrosse in the Spring of 2010 and as been coaching Field Hockey for the past 4 years. Coach Doc’s passion for coaching is driven by his love of training girls to work as a team, establish good work ethic and learn to become self confident young women. “My goal every year is for each girl to grow not only as player but as a person in the community”.
